Event Traffic Management is one of the most important elements of a successful event. It is the first and last impression of your event. We can provide a specially prepared Traffic Management Plans, delivered by event marshals trained chapter eight and CSAS experienced team, to cater for your event traffic management needs. We create effective plans to maintain the flow of traffic, road closures and diversions.

Car Park Management

Our team efficiently maximises car parking space and minimises the effect on the venue’s surrounds.

The safe and well-organised parking and flow of vehicles is crucial to the safety of an event. We’ll alleviate congestion and driver frustration, bringing a positive effect to the start and finish of your event.

Our teams can arrive days prior to your event to prepare the site and layout the car parks logically, with row markers to identify all areas.

Event parking staff will direct your customers to a car parking space quickly and efficiently. All staff are easily identified by their uniform and will endeavour to assist visitors with any questions they may have.

At the end of your event Mandrake staff can manage the exits with good communication and queue management which helps to keep visitors happy.

Security

Mandrake Events will provide the complete event safety and management package, this includes working with you or the event organiser to ensure that we plan your event to a high level and supply the correct number of event SIA Licensed Security Staff.

What our Stewards do!

As an organiser you can’t be everywhere at the same time, that’s why a highly-trained team of SIA Licensed event stewards can keep all the customer-facing issues at bay. Our team are hand selected and fully-briefed to ensure they are knowledgeable and have the ability to give your attendees and guests answers to all their questions.

Event stewards will be the first point of call for attendees, our team provides a friendly and helpful face to ensure your event is a big success. Our event stewards will manage access control, search areas, collect tickets, deal with crowds, give direction and assist with emergency or evacuation situations.

What our Marshals do!

Their main objective is to ensure that your event runs smoothly. They are the best point of contact for people needing assistance at your event. Their other duties are completely up to you! Some tasks may include:

Planning & Consultancy

We provide a detailed sign schedule and seek all relevant permissions for signs from both the local authorities, Transport Scotland, Welsh Trunk Road Agents and Highways England.

All our external signs are compliant with current regulations and are installed, maintained and removed by our qualified traffic management operatives. We can offer approved signs for use on the highway, this in turn can help your event stand out.

We provide detailed traffic management, security and event plans from the beginning to the end attending SAG committee meetings, liasing with multiple agencies to ensure that the right permissions are granted to make your events special.
